If either of the green cells at B8 and G7 have a solution of 7, they will prevent the candidate 7 at A7 from being a solution. If neither of them have a solution of 7, they will force the red cell at B7 to have a solution of 7, which will similarly prevent the candidate 7 at A7 from being a solution. In any event, the magenta highlighted 7 may be removed.
